Powerful Communication In Your Business

In order to make money in any business, you must at some point "Talk to People". When I got started (almost 5 years ago), I would listen to every training call, every tidbit of information, every little nugget of wisdom.

I did this because I was determined to "Be Like the Leaders" and pull in the huge incomes they were seeing.

This was a good plan and certainly an approach I recommend to any new team member, with a little something added. What I learned was I could follow their lead and their suggestions, I just could not "Be Them". I could only be myself.

When people are searching for home businesses, they are primarily looking for one thing and one thing only. They are looking for someone they can connect with who they have confidence in and will lead them to a point where they can change their lives.

You can not make this level of connection with someone unless you are being AUTHENTIC with them. You must be yourself and be the person they are looking for. You will connect with some people and then not connect with others. This is okay, because you will connect with the right people, the people who are aces and will assist you in building a powerful business.

You will do this because THEY will connect with you and in turn, you will serve them by helping them as well.

So what does being AUTHENTIC mean? First of all, it means YOU know who YOU are. Identify who you are first. When I was working to figure out who I was, at first I could only see my failures and was convinced no one would like the Authentic me.

Then one day, an incredible mentor in my life told me who I was and the world exploded for me. He said "Wanda, you are Great, Magnificent, Powerful, A Person of Integrity, A Person with a Deep Essence of Success, A True Leader and an Empowering Individual".

Now this may sound a bit gagging to you, but what I got from this statement was:

"I was not seeing myself as the leader that I am." If you own your own business, then you are a leader and in order to lead others you MUST identify who you are.

Take time right now to make a list of your strengths, a list of who you are. Clearly define your essence, your deepest self. Once you know who you are, you are a different person in your prospecting. Realize when prospecting, your JOB IS NOT to sell your business, your products or even YOURSELF. Your job is to connect, to be able to identify the leaders who you want to work with.

But in order to do this, they must see who YOU are. Being powerfully authentic means:
1) Be Yourself
2) Find Your Essence
3) Be totally focused on Your Goals
4) Powerful Confidence in Who You Are
5) Energetic and Empowering
6) A Vibration of Who You Truly are
7) Certainty about who you are and where you are going

When you can capture these points into your inner being, you will portray a vibration of leadership automatically. Regardless of what you say or do, people will see you as a leader and be attracted to you. Your prospecting will then take on an entirely new flavor.

So go out today and find out who you truly are. Find your true self and step into your own greatness. You are a magnificent person and until you know that, you will only be able to follow. Leaders, lead from within!

How to Be Laid Off and Loving It

After a 30 year career in the airline industry, I was told I was no longer needed. As a baby boomer, this was a very scary situation. I immediately accepted another job, and even though it was an excellent job and the pay was considerably more than with the Airline, I found that I just did not want to leave my future in the hands of others.

It is very important for me to assist people in understanding that being laid off or losing a long time job or career is NOT the end of the world. It truly is "just part of the past". It is the end of a chapter in your life.

When I started on the journey of being an Entrepreneur, I knew that many other people had survived a lay off, so could I. What the journey led me to was "my True Self".

The job was only a part of the roadmap, a place that I traveled through and a place where I learned how important it was to stand on my own two feet.

When we find ourselves at a crossroad, sometimes we realize we had nothing to do with the destination. Life truly does "happen" but it is how we respond that is important. Especially when something like a lay-off or even being fired can be something that brings up a host of negative emotion, It is important to respond from the inner self, not from fear, disbelief, anger, or any negative feelings.

Things truly do happen for a reason and when the response is not in the proper framework then the door to greater things may not appear for you. You must have an open mind and be alert to the opportunities available.

Take time to develop and get personally involved in your goals. You must get very excited about what you want to create. And, if you cannot get emotional and excited about something, YOU WILL NEVER HAVE IT!

Another very important component is the decision to have what you desire. Making a decision is nothing to take lightly. When you make a REAL decision, all other options are off the table. The only option is the goal.

I have only briefly covered these concepts today, but would very much recommend you continue to research these methods. Life truly can be exceptional, regardless of what your past holds. But when you apply these simple concepts along with others, you might be amazed at what happens in your life.

I invite you to explore my ecourse "Laid Off and Loving It" at this link.

The Heart Of Success - Finding Your Own Greatness

All highly accomplished people have one inherent trait in common, they have found and developed the heart of greatness within. It is something we are all born with, but few people identify and develop it. We are a magnificent species and each of us is great, but so few of us know it or are able to accept it.

Most people go through life as if they have an anchor around their necks, allowing everything they encounter and experience to pull them down. Instead, because we are magnificent, we should live life to the fullest and instead of an anchor around our necks, we should live as if we have a buoy lifting us higher and higher.

So, why is this? The answer is a simple one, but one that many people can not see.

We have allowed ourselves to accept mediocrity instead of choosing greatness. The world lives in a sea of resistance. This resistance is like an anchor, it holds us back from our true selves. This resistence has many faces, ranging from fear, procrastination, poverty consciousness, rejection, vulnerability, low self esteem and many more. In other words, we have internal language keeping us from living a magnificent life.

The things holding us back are the things we suppress inside. Sometimes this self language comes from things we learned as children, even though they were never intended to be carried into adulthood. Things such as fear often come from our parents and family. Our feelings and thoughts toward success and money, for example, are the exact things keeping us from having more money and more success.

Finding your own greatness is a journey. It requires searching deep inside of yourself and identifying your blocks. To do this, you must listen to and control your thoughts. What are you thinking? Are your thoughts in alignment with your goals? If you are looking to achieve a great goal, then you must identify the internal thoughts that are not congruent with the goal.

Look inside of yourself. Do you have a fear of disappointing someone, or possibly even yourself? It takes tremendous courage to take a look deep inside of ourselves. But here is the payoff...
Everyone has the ability to develop the Heart of Success. Sadly, only about 10% actually do. Change comes from people who have the courage to make the journey. It takes a great deal of courage to make this journey. But when the decision is made to do it, the journey is actually a very short one.

Determine today if your goals are important to you. If they are, then start today to have them. Look deep inside yourself and find what is holding you back. Now here is the best part.

Once you identify your blocks, those things holding you back, you DO NOT have to "fix" them, you only have to know what they are. Because once you know what your blocks are, you are aware and can overcome them.

Once you have done this, you will step up into your own greatness. You will become the person you truly are and live a life of success.

This is entirely in your control. It takes a decision and some action but it is not a difficult thing, afterall, the greatness is already within you. You have to reach in and pull it out.

How to Make Money Online and Turn it Into Real Results

Making Money online is extremely simple. Anyone can do it. There are thousands of options available for affiliate programs, PPC residuals, advertising and marketing programs and on and on. All of them can make you some money, a lot of them can make you a lot of money, but take a great deal of time to build and develop.

There is a real difference though in making "some" money online and making "Real" money online. When I speak of real money, I am talking about at least 6 figures (that's $100,000 plus) in the first year. This may seem unrealistic to many, but it is also a reality for countless numbers of people in the Entrepreneurial community.

There is a true component, when totally understood, if you grasp this, there is no limit to what you can accomplish.

I was talking with a client earlier in the week who told me he has at least 30 streams of income. Of course I was impressed and started questioning him about them. What I learned from him helped me to see the major hole most online marketers dig for themselves. You see, he was working 18 hours per day, marketing all of these streams of income and NONE of them were producing more than $75.00 per month! So even if he is only working 5 days per week (which I doubt) and assuming every one of these were producing $75.00 per month, he is working 360 hours per month for a mere $2250 per month. That is $6.00 per hour and I find this outrageous! But most of his income streams were not producing anything, much less $75 per month. His actual income was about $1100 per month and he was actually working about 500 hours for that!

Why would anyone work so hard for so little? Because they have a dream. They have a goal of being self sufficient, of being a successful entrepreneur. But! They are of the frame of mind that the harder you work, the more money you make. This client even commented that he could give it more time and probably make more. This frame of mind will only get you tired and broke. It will never make you rich. Most highly successful entrepreneurs work less than 40 hours per week.

Multiple streams of income are great, I highly recommend you create multiple streams of income. But not until you have a stream that is providing you a good income, would you move to the next income stream. Multiple streams should only support the primary stream. A bunch of little mediocre income streams will only wear you out!

If you want leave your dead end job, be home with your family, be the key influence in your children's lives, travel, work from anywhere, live in a beautiful home and of course all the bling which accompanies wealth, you must find an income stream with a powerful compensation program first. Once you have it established, allow it to support you at building additional.

So where do you start?

1) Do your homework. Look at the various programs available. You are looking for a POWERFUL compensation plan. A plan with the specific ability to generate a 6 or multiple 6 figure income in the first 6-12 months. This would be a plan with large payouts. For example, my program provides a profit of $1000 to $8000 per sale. How would this compare to a program that allows $20 per sale? Obviously a powerful compensation model is key.

2) Are there other people achieving the level of income you are looking for and living the lifestyle you want? You must have people to model your business after. I can not stress enough how important this is. ALL businesses work, but few have people actually producing this level of income. There is a strict rule of life and business you must understand. It is the 80/20 rule. The rule states that 20% of the people are producing 80% of the results. It is also important to know that only 3% of entrepreneurs in the industry are making this level of income. BUT, anyone can be in the 3% if they have the powerful business model and people to follow.

3) Be willing to do what it takes to make this level of income. No one does this without:
- A willingness to make a commitment
- A willingness to capitalize their business
- A willingness to be trained

This is the beginning of what I hope will be a shift for you. Start today by working on your goals. You must know EXACTLY what it is that you want to accomplish. You can not go anywhere without knowing where you are going.

Start by getting clear on this and understanding these very simple rules. It is a starting point.

My hope is this information has assisted you in some way.

To your unstoppable success...

Trying to Make Money, Will Never Make You Rich

I hear it every day "I just want to make some money", "I am trying to make some extra money", "I am working hard trying to get rich", "If I just work harder I can make more money".

If you have EVER said or thought any of these things, then Please Stay With Me, I want you to make more money. In fact, I want you to be VERY RICH! But, riches start with what you think and what you say and until you "Get This" you will never get the success you are looking for.

All riches, all success, all great accomplishments start inside your head.
Now, I could quote the Bible and many other great writings but I want to talk to you from my heart and from my experience today. In fact, this is a hard lesson that I had to learn and even though I fought it for a long time, it was an easy thing to accomplish once I gave in to it.

If you have ever read or heard any work by successful entrepreneurs, you probably felt as though they "talk" differently than the masses of the world and possibly assumed this was due to their success. In fact, this concept is reversed. They accomplished great things because of their beliefs, the way they thought and the way they talked.

There is a common thread behind the successes people experience and this common thread is "In The Mind".

You see, these people know something the masses do not know, or should I say, believe something the masses do not believe. They know that all successes, accomplishments, great works and great results begin in the mind long before they become a reality.

The masses of people have employee mentalities. This is a mentality that someone else is totally responsible for their success, the amount of income they generate and the results in their life. Great entrepreneurs know without any doubt or shadow of disbelief that you have absolute and total control to produce whatever you desire.

There is a huge difference in TRYING to make money and actually making it. This is exactly why so many, many people who finally find the success they are looking for, frequently say, once I figured it out "it was easy". It is because there is nothing to figure out, there is nothing to work hard at, there is nothing you have to master, except for who "You Are Being and the way you Think."

When I am coaching people on my team who have some major goals (keep in mind, I only coach people who want to make multiple 6 figures a year), one of the first things I tell them is:

"95% of the work you have to do is working on YOU (your beliefs and your thinking). The other 5% is in your business. The work to generate the income is the easy part, but until you master your thinking you will never have the riches."

So start working on "you" today. Evaluate the words coming out of your mouth and the thoughts driving your actions. Determine what you are saying and thinking that is holding you back and limiting your success. Are you positioning yourself to receive success by the words you are speaking?

Become a student of self mastery. My goal here was to open your mind to other possibilities. I hope you will stay with me on this subject as I go into great detail in the future.

Is Self Employment a Match For You?

With the current business trends, more and more people are looking at the possibility of working for themselves.

Self employment certainly has many advantages and there has actually NEVER been a better time than now (in the current economy) to start and succeed at business.

In a recent Gallup Poll, 57% of Americans polled indicated they would prefer to work for themselves. Long gone is the time you work till retirement and sit back on a nice pension. Since the level of security and stability has dropped so dramatically, self employment is becoming more of a reality for larger numbers of Americans than ever before in history.

Since Home Based Business is my area of expertise, I would like to address why you might want to consider starting a Home Based Business. I am a huge advocate of this Arena over traditional brick and mortar businesses. Here is why:

• You determine your own hours (which can be very flexible)

•Working from home does not mean you have to be at home. You can work from virtually anywhere you choose

• There is a much greater potential for a substantial income

• Very low overhead

• No more office politics.

So, What are the disadvantages and what roadblocks might you face?
c
.• No more regular paycheck. You may want to wait until your business replaces your income before you quit your job.

• You must learn to be creative and self resourceful

• You MUST be willing to take risks

This is where so many new entrepreneurs drop the ball. They want to be financially independent, they want to be home with their families, they want to travel, they want, they wcant they want... BUT, they are not willing to take any risks to have it. Just the fact that risks are NOT taken, greatly decrease the chances of having success. This is what you MUST ASK YOURSELF; "Is my dream, my goal, more important than anything else?" If you can honestly answer YES to that question, then your risks will pay off.

• Are you willing to be self disciplined?

I want you to understand a couple points here. First of all, two to four hours of disciplined focus ccan produce ten times more than 20 hours of scattered thinking and actions. Secondly, you must be willing to put in focused time. Time when you are working your business, according to a plan and time for income producing activities.

• Are you willing to be trained?

In most home based businesses, there are people to train you. Look to the people who are getting the results you want and do what they are doing. When I got started in my business, I wanted to generate $20,000 a month, very quickly. I sought out the people who were doing it already and did exactly as they were doing. Now my goal is 7 figures a year, and you better believe I am doing exactly as the other 7 figure income earners are doing. You must be willing to be trained.

What is next? Give me a call, or complete the form on my website http://www.AbundantLifestyleNow.com

I will gladly assist you in any way I can.

Are You Following Your Destiny?

While masterminding with one of my personal mentors last night, I was really moved to share a few of my thoughts with you. He was talking about Living in Your Destiny and why so many people choose not to, but choose to simply follow instead of being a leader of their own lives.

When I think of following my Destiny, I think about Playing Big. I grew up in an environment where you were not expected or encouraged to out-perform your parents or your siblings. There was no expectation of us, me and my 5 brothers and sisters, to do anything great or to accomplish anything unique or different. The expectation was to be seen and never heard, to be a follower and never a leader. If we stepped forward at any point and demonstrated our uniqueness, it was considered a direct violation of the family "rules".

Fortunately for me, that model never fit me very well. From early on in life I was considered a dreamer, a rebel, different and definitely not someone who fit in very well. I was always up to something. I wanted to have horses and figured out a way to do it. I wanted to be a dancer and figured out a way to do it. I wanted to write, travel and experience greatness. And yes, I did exactly those things.

It never occured to me that what I was doing was Following My Destiny. What I thought I was doing was Living My Life. But now in hindsight, I find that my Destiny called at every step and every turn of my life. I have seen and experienced things in my life that most others only dream of.

I even managed to marry my soulmate and after 23 years of marriage and 29 years together, I had to say goodbye to him. But he will never be gone because he is such a part of the Destiny I have lived up to this point.

My point here is simple. Sometimes we live our destiny and never realize it. It is easy, flowing and part of our expectation in life. We are constantly moving forward, growing and becoming more of who we truly are.

But other times, we struggle to Find our Destiny. Sometimes we get side-tracked or distracted by adversity. Adversity is the thing that drains us of our dreams, our energy, our focus and our Destiny.

I know this to be true because I have experienced great adversities in my life. What I have learned is we have only two options when adversity shows it's ugly head:

1) We can shrink ourselves to people who live in fear and allow fear to make our decisions and drive our lives.

OR

2) We can Play Big, plow right through them and become the people our Destiny is calling us to be.

Dealing with adversity and only allowing it to be a "bump in the road" is the only way to live your destiny. Life should be easy flowing but it should NEVER be comfortable. When life is comfortable, you risk being stuck and not finding your true self or your true destiny.

I encourage you to play big. To realize that life is about taking chances. Sometimes we fall on our faces and other times we soar. But, we will never soar if we do not take the chance to.

To your unstoppable success...

Moving Forward

Last year, my husband and I set a huge goal for ourselves. It was one that gave us a shiver every time we thought or talked about it. That goal, was to assist 100 people to become millionaires within the next 5 years. We were passionate about this goal and with great focus and intent, moved forward toward making it a reality.

It was not the money that we were passionate about, not the "millionaires" themselves, but what it would bring to the people who were involved directly with us. When we moved to the coast in 2005, the power of the lifestyle was overwhelming to us. What we learned was: when you live the life you really want, you become more of the person you were meant to be. You become the person hidden deep inside who lives without stress, without fear and without LIMITS! You become a greater positive influence in your home, your community and even your world.

This is why we set this huge goal and why we were so passionate about accomplishing it. We wanted to empower 100 other people to find their true, empowered selves and do our small part to help the world to be a better place.

When my husband became ill and then subsequently died from his cancer, I was overwhelmed by the impact not only on my life but the lives of others, because he was a special man with empowering qualities which he readily shared with everyone he encountered.

Now, just 5 weeks later, I am beginning to create the video of my life. And that life definitely includes the goal we set in 2008. I am just as motivated and focused on our goal today as I was when we set the goal together.

But many of you will ask "How can you move forward toward such a goal, so soon after the loss of your husband?". The answer is very simple. First of all, Jerry gave me specific instructions to continue on and accomplish the dreams we were working toward together. The movie of my life has not changed. Only the ending has changed.

Secondly, I am empowered to accomplish this goal by celebrating his life, not by just mourning his death. Not moving forward, would be a slap in his face and I would never consider that option. He is looking down on me today "expecting" me to be the person he knew for 29 years. He is expecting me to accomplish even more than ever before, and I am absolutely determined to do exactly as he expects.

So, here I am, moving forward. Each day will be easier than the day before but each day will be a part of my movie. The movie of my life and I am creating the ending myself. I am being true to my dreams, my desires and most of all, I am being true to my promise.

I invite you to join me in this journey as I assist 100 people in becoming millionaires within the next 5 years. There has never been a better time than right now.

To your unstopable success...

Saying Goodbye

As many of you know, my husband was diagnosed with Stage IV Kidney Cancer on January 19, 2009. On March 11, 2009, just 7 short weeks afterwards, the cancer claimed his life.

The past 2 months have been challenging to say the least and I am sure at some point, I will be able to talk more about it, but for now, I am just putting things into perspective.

At his memorial service today, I shared a video with the guests, that I would like to share with you now. It is a tribute to a wonderful man. A man who loved life, loved his family and loved his friends.

We have lost a wonderful human being, Jerry Grindstaff and I have lost a piece of my heart.

Dealing with Great and Real Adversity - How Quickly Focus can Change

Those of us in the Personal Development world, working on ourselves, on a mission of living our greatest good and fulfilled life, know the value of keeping the focus on the future desire, not the current situation.

But you know, sometimes, you hit a bump in the road that not only takes your breath away, but puts you flat on the ground, face down with bricks on your back!

I have had this experience just this week and I feel a major part of keeping this in perfect perspective is to tell you about it and share where my thoughts have been. First of all, I am not sharing this information with you for any reason other than I truly feel my thoughts on this may be of help to others.

This is a situation that would have completely ended my life, not too long ago. A situation that would have ripped from me my entire reason for living...

Ten days ago, I learned my husband had cancer, then I learned it was aggressive and non-operable, non-curable stage IV Kidney cancer, that had already spread to his lungs, brain and other organs. Within 48 hours, I literally went from living on top of the World, to drowing in an ocean of fear and pain.

Wow, here I am with my focus entirely on how much fun we can have in our lives with travel, new experiences and living a life of our creation.,
And suddenly, reality that my primary focus of my life (my wonderful husband), is no longer going to be with me.

At first, I did what most loving and adoring wives do, I cried for about 24 hours. A big part of that was the knowing that my wonderful husband will not be a part of my future and of course a part of it being that He will not experience all we have planned. And, of course there was a little of "why me, why him" questions.

The first few days, he did not know what was happening. The brain tumor kept him from understanding and that was a blessing for me, since I did not have to tell him what was happening. He struggled to speak at all at this point, so basically he just kept smiling and laughing at pretty much nothing and occasionally with a great deal of difficulty asking me "Why are you so sad".

My heart was broken and I could not tell him about it. But on the evening of the 3rd day and after some heavy duty treatment to reduce brain swelling, he was able to talk and comprehend much better than before, even though tremendous effort was required. At this point, he wanted to know where he was, he could see the view was not our hometown, so I explained to him he was in a hospital 2 hours from our home and of course he wanted to know why.

He asked if he had had a stroke and my urge to not tell the truth was strong, but I decided he had to know the truth.

I carefully explained to him about his cancer, of course not going into great detail but enough for him to understand. Then it happened! My pain turned to pride and to joy for this beautiful man that I had loved for 29 years. With just a few words, he empowered me with the focus and the direction that I needed to deal with this in a way that would not only help him, but help me get to where we were headed.

This amazing gentle, loving and insightful man simply smiled and stated "Well, it is what it is and we do what we do, but YOU have a mission and this is a part of that mission."

This, to most people, will not seem very important. But he has observed my growth for so many years. He has seen me go from a highly stressed Corporate person to someone who's goal is self peace and service. He has quietly seen the change from a person who "reacted" to everything with great passion and enthusiasm (tears, anger and opinionated), to a person who sees the vision and does not stop to look at the bumps in the road.

But to me, it reminded me of the years of self development that I have gone through. It reminded me of watching the movie "The Secret" time after time to learn the power of self direction and self focus. It reminded me of all the speeches, articles, conference calls and everything else where I have stated time and again, "focus is everything, adversity is a bump that should never take your focus from your goal".

It reminded me of the many times that I said "Your greatest adversity will always come right before your greatest blessing."

In his belabored way, he was telling me this was a huge bump in the road and the years of development were simply to prepare me for this event. I understood so very much at this point. I understood the meaning of adversity, yes, but I understood so much more. I understood where I was going, for the first time in my life.

I am reminded of a quote: "Your living is determined not so much by what life brings you as by the attitude you bring to life; not so much by what happens to you as by the way your mind looks at what happens."

I know that living without Jerry is going to be my greatest challenge. But I also am extremely grateful for the time we have had together and I am standing on a miracle that I see everyday. The miracle of more time with him.

He knows my mission is to help as many people as possible to find and create their futures. He knows I want to lead thousands to freedom and self direction. But to do that, I must lead myself first. And even though I have found much of that freedom, he knows it must be My Own Freedom!

The next months, years or whatever time we have together is going to be so incredibly special. We have had wonderful times and adventures together and they have not yet ended. It is going to be a time of joy, pain, fun, challenge and so many other feelings. But it will be a time of great love and growth.

I will share as much of it as I can with you, my dear friends. And this sharing will be a part of my mission.

My focus is so much different now. I know my purpose is to make him as happy and as comfortable as possible, but it is so much more. Not only must I carry on with my goals and my mission of helping others find their personal and financial freedom, but to carry an attitude that empowers others to face adversity and find themselves in spite of it and because of it.

In love and to your unstoppable success...

Five Steps to Accomplishing Great Goals

All great accomplishments in history began with the imagination. The imagination is the single most powerful tool we have in our mental and physical arsenals. Nothing is by circumstance, you accomplish what you actively and creatively see in your mind's eye first.

People often ask me what the most important thing they can do to assure they reach their goals is, and I ALWAYS answer "just Imagine it". Call it visualization or imagination, it is all the same. But nothing great ever happened without it first being seen in the imagination.

So how do you use your imagination to create something phenomenal? And yes, anyone can do great and phenomenal things. It may be in sports, finances, art, or in relationships, but until it is imagined, it is never accomplished.

Here is a simple 5 step process to use. Take out pen and paper and go through these simple steps:

1) Ask yourself; "What do I really want to do?"
Write the question down and think about it in detail. Do not think about what you have done in the past. The past has nothing to do with your future. What do you really want to do?

2) Assign a time line
Once again, do not think of the past, and especially, do not think about the "How". Think only about what you really want and when you want it. It should be within 1, 3 or 5 years, or may even be as early as next month, but make sure you put a time line to it.

3) Write a detailed description of doing this thing.
Spend some time using your imagination and write out what you want. But here is the "key", it must be in present tense. I have or I am are necessary. Be very specific. Use your imagination and create every bit of detail surrounding your desire. I like to refer to it as "my perfect day", with this "thing" being the centerpiece of your perfect day.

4) Why do you want it?
Get clear on this. You must have a powerful why. Sometimes, you will find in this step that you really do not want the thing you have imagined and something else comes up as more important. If this happens, start from the beginning again.

5) Apply the power of Gratitude.
Beginning immediately, everyday until your goal is achieved, be grateful for it. Spend some time each day being grateful for everything you currently have and for the goal you are working toward. Your gratitude must be in present tense. I am so happy and grateful now that I .......

This may seem to be a very simplistic approach, but it is a very powerful one. Anything your imagination can see, you can achieve. But the achievement of things comes through faith and belief. Believe that your intention is yours. The fact that you have put time and emotion into creating your intent, makes it a very powerful force. So just believe. When you can believe, you can and will receive.

Are You In the 3%'ers?

It is a known and proven fact, that about 3% of the population makes 95% of the money! How could this be? In the most prosperous country in the world, could it be that so few are immensely wealthy?

Some might say these people are lucky, in the right place at the right time, knew the right people, inherited it, stole it, or in some way were less than honest in the way they came about their riches, but that is NOT my answer.

I think it is much more than coincidental that you also have only about 3% of the population who are willing to take action to have what they truly desire. When it comes to success and financial Independence, the numbers are staggering in every area.

For example:
How many people write down their goals
How many people meditate and visualize
How many people believe it is better to work smart than hard
How many people expect nothing but good things to happen
How many people read daily
How many people are grateful everyday for what they have
How many people give more than 10% consistently
How many people are big thinkers
How many people know that there is endless abundance in this world
How many people know what prosperity consciousness is

and on and on and on....

When it comes to people who make a lot of money, creating financial independence for themselves, you will normally find they each participate in these activities daily. These are traits of people who are highly successful.

And, these are all traits that can be learned, but only people who choose to learn them and apply them in their lives.

I teach people how to make money. I have worked with many who had none of these traits, but in time, were able to understand them and apply them with ease. Yes, they can easily be learned, but only by those who choose to. And the amazing thing, when you start applying these into your daily routine, your results change dramatically.

So I encourage you to delve into these concepts and ways of thinking. The doing of any business is the easiest part. It is the work that must be done on oneself that is sometimes the challenging part.

And, if you would like to learn how to make multiple 6 figures within the next year, let me know... I can show you how.

So, Just Fire the Boss

I hear it every day, people really want to get out of their jobs "Fire their Boss" and be free.

Time and again I hear it:

"I want to get out of the Rat Race", "I want more time with my family", "I want a more fulfilling life", "I want more money"
.... I want, I want, I want...

My answer, is Just Do It! Just Fire the Boss, get out of the rat race, have more time with your family, lead a more fulfilling life and have more money.

If you think it is not that simple, then I am compelled to graciously inform you "You Are Wrong".

I do not claim to have the magic pixie dust answer for every problem or to have a unique solution to every challenge. What I do claim is this; the secret to success at any level and any activity lies within it's simplicity.

Here are a few Simplicity guidelines to assist you in laying the groundwork to Fire the Boss.

1) Simplicity of a Vision - Knowing what your destiny is, knowing the end result of a journey, knowing the outcome is a simple process, however, digging deep within yourself to find your purpose and your vision may take some effort. But once the vision is created, the results lie within simplicity.

2) Simplicity of decision - before you can have or accomplish anything, you must make a decision to do so. This is a very deep one-sided commitment to your vision. It is a "My Only Choice is Success" decision. This level of decision removes any chance of failure from the equation. Once the deep seated decision takes hold and you are driven by the vision then you are capable of taking a simplistic approach to the next step.

3) Simplicity of Action - this can be a tricky piece. Most people make the mistake of thinking massive action, 24 hour action, life consuming action is what is necessary. However, the action which is driven by the vision and the decision would be focused action. Simple and consistent steps moving you steadily toward your goal or your vision.

4) Simplicity of results - keeping things simple allows the Universe to put things into motion toward your end or your vision. When we over complicate life, it becomes muffled and hap-hazard.

Simplicity is very powerful but should not be confused with laziness. By the simplicity, I mean to stay focused. Anything can be accomplished when you are focused and working continually toward a goal.

This is why so many Entrepreneurs are able to fire their bosses very quickly, because they have created their vision and stayed on a simple forward moving course. It is also the underlying reason successful people are able to make decisions very quickly, simply because they are driven by their vision and focused like a laser beam on their action.

Give it some thought, start to dig inside yourself to find your vision and then take the simple approach. But I must warn you in advance; when you do this, more than you could have ever imagined will start coming your way.

To your success...

Keys for Baby Boomers in the New Economy

Too many Baby Boomers are worried these days. They are losing their 401k's, being laid off from long time career positions, being down-sized and being replaced by younger (cheaper) employees.

We have worked our entire lives to be able to live a robust and fun retired life and hopefully retire early. Our kids are either in college or just finishing college and we are looking forward to them starting their own lives so we can start ours!

As a Baby Boomer, I have a passion for assisting those who are in my age group to live the life they desire. But that life should not involve living on a pittence of a retirement income or working for $10.00 per hour greeting consumers at a super store.

Baby Boomers deserve to be free, to live a robust life to live life large instead of small, to travel and have fun anytime and anywhere they choose.

Regardless of your age, this New Economy is probably affecting you. But for Baby Boomers, upcoming retirees, it can be especially taunting and frightening.

When my husband and I decided in 2004 to leave our jobs, our retirement incomes and to start our own home based business, it was very scary. But we were driven by the "Outcome" of our lives we envisioned. We were not ready to live our retirement years shackled to our jobs. We decided to take control of our situation and take the chance that we could create an income that would support our dreams.

The challenge for most of the people in our age group is clear. To continue working day after day, not knowing what the future will hold, or to step out on their own, not knowing what the future will hold. One choice, you have no control over, the 2nd choice, you have total control.

Here is the clear difference though. YOU can have Anything you want. It is never too late to choose to have your dreams. Take time today to decide what it is you truly want. Think big and create a clear vision of the life you will have when you have your dreams come true.

Once you decide what the outcome of your life will be, open your mind for the path to clear. The only figuring out necessary is "figuring out" what you want. Allow opportunities and ideas to come to you. Stay focused on your goals and allow circumstances to fall into place that support your dreams. Stop worrying and stop trying to fix things. Take a "never give up" attitude and you will not have to give up.

Once you open your mind and your heart, everything will fall into place. However, here is the "but", you must allow yourself to take action when the opportunity or the idea comes to you. Creating your future to meet your own specifications will take determination and probably taking a risk.

Here is the question you should ask yourself;

" Which would be the greatest pain, The Pain of Risk or the Pain of Regret?" Don't let yourself regret your choices. Living a full and fun life will take some actions you have never had to take before.

I talk to Baby Boomers every day who are living the life of their dreams. They have taken chances that paid off big time and I am not talking about investments in stocks or anything that you have no control over. I am talking about taking a chance on a home business. There are many people our age who make more money from home than they ever made working for someone else or from their retirement. It is possible to live a life of freedom, taking your business wherever you choose to be and having an income greater than you ever imagined.

Make an investment in yourself and decide today to live your dreams. There are many businesses from home that are legitimate, strong and freeing. Decide today to create your own outcome.

I offer a strong business model that is perfect for Baby Boomers like me. I would love to talk with you and show you how to live life on your terms.

5 Steps to Getting the Most out of Personal Development

Personal Development is a life changing journey, not a destination but a journey of creating your life to fit your design. It is a journey that is completely within your power to control.

Too often, people think they are working on themselves because they are broken and need to be repaired. This is in no way true. You are who you are and where you are because it is where you should be right now. It may not be where you choose to be, but where you are is directly related to your current and past thinking, who you are inside and the choices you have made. It in no way reflects on the future and where you can be 1 year, 5 years or 20 years from now, it is simply the past.

This is the challenge we face. Instead of giving energy and effort in fixing ourselves, we should focus on molding or creating ourselves to be exactly what we really want to be. We must have a solid vision of what we are creating and go about the process of creating it.

In order to do this, we must have a solid Personal Development regimen to guide us so we can get the most out of our development. The universe likes speed and once the alignment of your desires, your goals and your actions are in alignment, things can happen very quickly.

Here are a few steps you can take to get the most out of your development:

1) Have crystal clear goals - know exactly what you want. The more specific the better.

2) Write out your goals everyday - Spend time first thing every morning to set your goals into your subconscious mind. Write them out...

3) Visualize your goals. See yourself in possession of whatever it is you are working toward.

4) Read good books, books that will help you get what you want.

5) Practice diligence. As I tell people I coach in my business, "the only way you can fail is to quit".

If you want something badly enough, it is worth commiting to yourself the diligence necessary to have it.

Draw yourself a clear map of the journey you are on. Develop a daily plan of operation and stick to your plan.

If you do not have the level of commitment to accomplish your goal, then possibly you are working toward the wrong goal. Spend quiet time every day to meditate on your goals and make sure the goals you are working toward are what you truly want.

How Committed Are You to Your Goal?

Serious goals can not be taken lightly. Goals such as financial freedom, owning a successful business, finding the right partner and living a life of prosperity are very serious and require certain actions on your part to accomplish.

Too often, I talk to people who want to accomplish something outside their normal realm of thinking and expectation. They are very serious about the goal, but are relying on their old thinking to get it.

They are serious goals, goals that require much more than they are accustomed to giving. I usually find they have failed to accomplish much smaller goals, so just changed the goal to something larger, but did not make any changes in their thinking or their actions.

I do want to be very clear right up front, anything can be accomplished by someone who is totally committed to a goal. Being committed to a goal requires a level of thinking and actions that are outside the box for the majority of people. It also takes a level of clarity most people are not willing to work at getting.

Take for example the young man who came to me and wanted to make $150,000 within the next year. He really “wanted” it. So I asked him:
“How does it feel to make $150,000 in a year?”

He looked at me like I had two heads and said “If I knew that, I would have it and not want it.”

My response; “No, if you knew that you would have it and want something bigger!”

In our conversation, I learned that he had never made more than $40,000 in one year. His goal was wrapped around the lifestyle that he wanted to create for he and his new bride. He was very serious about this, but his thinking was completely backwards.

He thought in order to increase his income from $40,000 per year to $150,000 he had to figure out how to make it and then do the thing to get it.

But I reeled him back in and taught him:

1) Before you can have it, you must become the person inside who has it. You must “BE” the person who makes $150,000 per year inside. You will only receive at the level you are able to Be.

2) You must get completely clear about what $150,000 in one year will do for you. What will it give you that you do not have right now. Exactly how will it change your life and what will it buy?

3) You must “feel” what it will “feel” like to have it and to have the thing that it will accomplish for you. See in your mind what the having is like. Feel the energy of having and the excitement of having.

4) You must take “right action” toward having it. This right action is not necessarily working hard, of course it is changing the current pattern you have, but it can be as simple as taking small right actions toward your goal, but taking action forward nonetheless.

5) You must be committed and diligent to your goal. Your goal must become the underlying belief system deep within you. You must be committed every day, every hour and every minute to it.

6) You must have integrity to your goal. You must stay the course with diligence and determination. This is integrity.

7) You must change your thinking to align with your desires.

The universe is vast and abundant. Anything you really want is available there. No one is left out of the storehouse the Universe has to offer. But why do so many people fail to get what they want?

The answer really is simple and you may think my approach is too simplified; But some people are committed to having their goals and others are committed to wanting them.

Accomplishing something major takes a level of commitment. It takes a level of planning and action that most people are not willing to give.

Success begins with what is inside. It begins with how you feel inside about the goal, how you think about it and what action you are willing to commit to it.

Success takes daily belief, commitment and action, not just occasional.

This is why I ask, how committed are you to having your goals?

If you want to get serious about some major Financial Goals, I can help:

All Things in Due Time

It is a beautiful day here in the Outer Banks of NC and as usual, inspiration is just outside my door. I am so blessed to live here and grateful every day for the opportunity to be here.

During the past month, I have begun to realize the limitations of the blog provider I have been using for a couple of years now. This is simply due to the size and popularity of my blog and believe me, I am grateful for that as well.

So, I am in the process of moving "Creating Abundant Lifestyles" to my server and therefore taking it to the next level.

I expect the change to be seamless for my readers. I am maintaining the url of CreatingAbundantLifestyles.com and when the new blog is ready, it will be automatic.

For those who access it through the Blogspot url, you will see a redirect message when this transpires.

I am so very grateful to each and everyone of my readers and receive such inspiration from each of you. I promise to continue to share my thoughts and as always, welcome your feedback. You are the reason for the success of this blog.

What You Believe is Exactly What You will See

Although I am not an advocate of TV, the Media and any other venue for telling me how to think and feel, there is something very powerful going on in the Media today.

"They" are telling us the economy is bad, times are tough, people are suffering and etc, etc, etc. And, although this may be the truth for some in our country, it does not have to be the truth for us.

When we hear these things, although I firmly believe we are better off not listening to it, it is entirely up to us to determine if these points of view will affect our results and therefore our lives.

Do not allow others, regardless of who they are and what they say they know, determine your future and your results. You are only becoming a slave to thier beliefs, albeit false, if you allow this to happen.

Let's look at this quote from U.S. Andersen. I hope you will agree with me this is a powerful awareness and something that is life changing.

"It is an established fact that a half dozen people can stand on a street corner and each see things that are imperceptible to the others because of the different qualities of their consciousness. One person might be a realtor and be primarily concerned with the value of a vacant lot. Another might be a doctor and be preoccupied with the erratic gate of a pedestrian. Another might be an advertising person with their attention focused on a vacant billboard atop the drugstore. Still another might be an old lady concerned with the speed of the traffic. There might be an automobile salesman whose attention is riveted upon the new model of a competitor. There might be a contractor who observes that the drugstore needs painting.

Such a list is endless. Because of the infinite variety of the human species, it would surely be impossible for any two people out of any number of combinations to see exactly the same things on the same street corner. What we see is the result of our consciousness. We see only that which we are.

There is no liberation from this fact. It is the basic law of existence. It can be used to restrict consciousness or it can be used to expand consciousness, but work it must, and always. By using it, and we cannot help using it, we either shrivel our souls or expand them, there is no in-between. We are cursed or blessed from within, and upon the judgment seat sits our ego, a false judge to be sure, an illusion to begin with.

When we subordinate ego to spirit, then we are able to expand consciousness and increase awareness, to fully use the law of growth and power. But as long as the ego remains king, that long will we be slaves to a tyrant which imprisons our consciousness within narrow boundaries."

You determine your life and your destiny, no one else. Your truth is the truth that you see. Others can not tell you how things are, they can only give you their perspective, which is the truth for them. Your truth is up to you to decide.

So decide today what your economy is, what your results are and what your future will be. Never let others, who have limited thinking, control your thoughts.

To Your Success...

Bring Awareness into the Mix

When one is on the path to accomplish great things, awareness is always necessary and is the guide to that greatness.

In order to have a plan of action, you must first be aware of where you are going and how you are going to implement the plan.

But awareness goes much deeper than this. It is the backbone of our desires. We can not desire a certain home or car until such time we are aware of their existence. On the same hand, in order to accomplish something great, you must be aware of what you are looking to accomplish.

Here is the power though, until we open our minds to awareness, we will always live in a box. If your desire is to be rich for example, until you are aware of what being rich would be like, until you can feel it inside and be aware of the excitement, the accomplishment and how it will change your life, you will never be rich.

This goes much deeper than "wanting" something. This is opening the mind to the "Being". The Be, Do, Have principle is based on this awareness. In order to have, you must first BE and DO. But to Be, you must be aware of what the Being is like.

I know, it all sounds pretty deep. But it truly is simple. It is as simple as tapping into your desires, allowing yourself to see the possibilities of what your life will be like and then letting everything come together.

Claim the power you have within. Become aware of your possibilities and allow your world to change and allow yourself to do great things.

Going from Surviving to Thriving - A Clear Choice

I admit it, I really do wake up each and every day and do what "I Want To Do". Some may think this is a selfish approach to life and others may think it is a fairy tale, but it is my life. But how is it that I can do this?

The answer is very simple, " I just decided to". Okay, so I hear the eyes rolling and the laughs and the moaning "yeah right". But it is very true. Did I realize it at the time I made the decision that 4 years later, I would be starting each and every day on my own terms and living my life only as I choose? No, but in hindsight, I now know the power of the decision to take control of my life.

Let's go back a few years so you can see the transition a bit. I worked for an airline for 28 years and suddenly lost that job. At the time I was devastated, so close to retirement and being let go with nothing to show for the 28 years. I went right to work for another company, a Pharmaceutical company, building and running their customer service call center. At the time, I felt so lucky to have a job that paid even more than I made with the airline (which I thought was excellent pay), and they let me have autonomy, which simply meant I worked 80 hours a week, because I did everything that needed to be done to get my assignment completed.

Then one day, my husband and I realized that we hated our lives. In our 50's and although we lived very comfortably, we had no "life". We never saw each other, we lived paycheck to paycheck, we were tired all of the time and life in general became a real drudgery. We were just surviving at life.

So I started exploring options and very quickly got started in a home business that I knew I would love. Now here is the amazing part, within 3 months, my husband and I had both quit our jobs. Sounds great, huh? Well it was, but we learned very quickly that we were not emotionally prepared for having complete control of our lives.

We worried about our business, we worried about what others thought of us, we worried about our family obligations and on and on and on. Within a few months, we put ourselves right back into a very stressful situation, even though we no longer worked for someone else.

It was a situation that we created. There was almost a need to be stressed since we had lived in stress for so many years. It directly affected our income, simply because we were limiting the amount of our income based on our limited thinking. We had gone back into the SURVIVAL mode without realizing it.

We needed an Epiphany, we needed an awakening. One day, an associate in our company wrote an email to me and said "Wanda, when did you mentally go back to your days of working for someone else and give control of your life back to others? What made you stop thinking big and go back to thinking so small?"

That was all it took for me to realize that after all those years of being under the control of others, I was not allowing myself to be in control of me! I stopped thinking big and started thinking survival. My husband and I were both totally wrapped up in survival and forgot that the reason we chose to be self employed and quit our jobs, was to LIVE! We had denied ourselves of our deepest desires, simply because we gave up the control.

Today, I pinch myself every day. I wake up when I want (and yes, I still get up early by choice), I walk on the beach every morning, sometimes for miles. I read, write, sleep and whatever I feel is best for me at the time. Then I work my business for a couple of hours and Jerry and I spend the rest of the day together. Sometimes doing our volunteer and community work and sometimes just fishing or boating. But the point is, we are living.

So what took me/us from surviving to thriving? Again, it was a clear decision. Surviving is not a good thing. It is what you do in the work world. You survive in the masses which sometimes leads you to surviving in your own life.

But thriving is rich! It is being in total control. It is thinking big, it is rejoicing and being absolutely grateful, it is juicy, it is delicious. It is just very special. Thriving is living your life on your own terms, touching other people's lives everyday and living life to the fullest. When you thrive, everything else just works out, even the money. The mindset of thriving takes you to unbelievable levels of success.

Getting to this point sometimes takes a slap in the face. Sometimes people get a slap and do not realize it. They miss the opportunity to wake up. These little slaps, or bumps in the road will then set you back in your growth, instead of moving you forward to unimaginable levels of growth. We were very fortunate that it moved us forward. We clearly received the message of thriving versus surviving.

My message to you today is to go forward in your life and thrive. Life is an amazing experience and it is meant to be exciting, delicious, juicy and fun. It is meant to give you great peace and great joy as well as providing these same things to others. Thriving gives you the life you desire, but you must make the clear and conscious choice to thrive, to live your life by your own terms, the way it was meant to be.

The difference in surviving and thriving are as simple as a decision. Make the decision today to THRIVE!

Millionaire Status in Much Less Than 30 Years!

I was absolutely shocked at this article in CNN Money, published a while back, explaining how to become a millionaire. The article talks about how to put yourself in a position to be a millionaire within 30 years! http://money.cnn.com/popups/2006/moneymag/ontrack_millionaire/index.html

This is the mentality of our Corporate Leaders and Colleges today. Our young people are not being taught how to achieve success while they are still young. It is a fact the majority of Self Made Millionaires in North America, became Millionaires in less than 5 years.

The truth is, our society is misleading people into believing that financial success can only come to an elite few, or those who are willing to save forever, while the corporate gurus are making millions themselves. Maybe we should look at the fact that corporate leaders do not want you to succeed, they want you to remain an employee, therefore having an employee or need mentality. And as for professors, how many millionaire professors do you know? They do not teach success strategies or the economics of making money, and they certainly are not financial success stories themselves as a rule. I do believe that education is extremely important today, I do not however believe higher education is an absolute necessity to succeed financially. The best way to learn how to make money is to learn from those making money.

This is exactly why Network Marketing creates so many millionaires. Successful people are teaching others how to have the same level of success. It's all about learning to work smart, not necessarily hard. It is very important to live your life while you are making your million.

The old saying "you are the company you keep" is so true. To make a million dollars, start associating with people who have made a million dollars. Successful people are so, because they are willing to share and assist others in the same or greater level of success.

If you are shooting for a higher level of success, first of all, take a look at who you are spending your life with. Are they providing you the empowerment to get to where you wish to be? Be sure to bring powerful people and mentors into your closest circle of acquaintances.

Another important step is to fill your mind with empowering information. Read biographies and the works of powerful and successful people. Turn the TV off and be very focused on what you put into your mind.

These simple actions will get you closer to becoming a millionaire faster than any other action. Sure, you should save and invest, but never count on saving a million dollars, decide to make a million first.

Retirement or Lifestyle - It is Your Choice!

Yes, I am a baby boomer and very proud of it! I am living a lifestyle that most people dream and hope of living when they retire, but I am and have been living it for several years now.

At the age of 52, I started my business. I knew that I would never be able to retire with the lifestyle I hoped for and if I were going to, things had to change. Our 401k was a pittance, there were no retirement programs from our jobs of many years, the amount of social security we would earn was a joke and few of our investments were working for us. The truth is, we were living from paycheck to paycheck and that would not change as long as we stayed on the same path. Since the age of 14, I had never been unemployed. I decided that I was tired and my husband and I deserved to live a life of luxury and freedom, NOW!

So, I found a powerful business model, one where other people were having the level of success I wanted, I got started, I did exactly what I was taught to do, and within 3 months, my husband and I both had quit our dead end jobs.

Now we live at the beach, free to travel or just sit on the beach, whatever we choose each day and loving it! All because we made a decision to make some things happen for ourselves. So what is my point? It is never too late to live the life you really want.

Success is not just for the young. We have proven that. Of course we are not old, I am 56 and my husband is 62. But we took action. There are a few major components to creating real results in life. Regardless of what you are looking for. It may be wealth, freedom, better relationships or career advancement. The components of success are the always the same.

1) Decision – Everything starts with decision. But not just making up your mind. Making a real decision means to remove all other options from the table. When you make a real decision, you have only one direction and one outcome.
2) Focus – Accomplishing major change in your life requires focus. Laser beam focus on the goal is the driving force to keep you going in the right direction.
3) Belief – Or some may prefer (as I do) to call it faith. Regardless, in order to have anything, you must have absolute and total belief. The level of belief that removes failure as an option. This is a level of belief that KNOWS your goal is at hand, KNOWS that whatever you desire and are focused on is happening for you. It is a deep seeded, inner belief that is not understood by anyone who does not have your level of commitment to the goal.

People frequently ask me why I started a business in my mid 50's and quit my job when I was so close to retirement. What an absurd question that is. My life was just beginning and I wanted to live it in an extreme way. I had to take massive all out action to have what was very important to me.

When I started my business, I knew that continuing on the road of the "work world" would do very little at my age to give me the lifestyle I really wanted. Instead, I took the higher road, the road of creating my own life. Looking back, it is the best decision I have ever made (except for marrying my wonderful husband of course). Our society fools people into thinking if they work hard, save a few dollars and retire, life will be wonderful. People are stuck in jobs they hate, and in a lifestyles they do not want to live. The real reason people are stuck is FEAR (False Evidence Appearing Real). Fear of the unknown keeps more people from stepping out and claiming their success than any other reason. There are a million ways to make a million dollars and far easier than saving for your entire life while someone else pays you what they think you are worth. I implore you to take a long hard look at where you will be just 5 years from now on your current path. The best way to have financial independence is to create it for yourself with a solid business model. I now make more in a month than I used to make in a year as a Call Center Manager and more in a year than I would have ever been able to save in a lifetime. Plus, I work only 15 - 20 hours per week instead of the 60 I worked before. You can too, it is so easy. But, the hardest part is making the decision. So, Baby Boomers take heed and people of all ages know this; the road to retirement is a smooth one but the retirement itself may not be. Step out of the box and grab the golden ring. I did and what a difference that made in my life. Make it a great day and Take Action! To Your Success…

Empowering Leadership Together

Betty Ford said, "You can make it, but it's easier if you don't have to do it alone."

I absolutely agree with this quote by Betty Ford. A strong team to empower you along your path makes your success inevitable. Team up with a group who will guide, teach, mentor and most importantly lift you up! Lifting up does not mean holding your hand and doing the work for you but instead, it means EMPOWERING you to be the leader.

When you are ready for your own home business, make sure it is with a group of empowering leaders. Leaders who show you the way through demonstration and mentoring.

I am proud to be a part of such a team. The mentorship and training I have received has guided me in building my own strong and empowering team. Entrepreneurs who learn strong leadership mindset and skills become unstoppable.

To your success...
